Mist, bottle or neti pot?
A mist adds a little moisture. A neti pot or squeeze bottle moves more liquid and can wash away more loose material. The bigger rinse asks more of you: safe water, preparation and cleaning.
Neti pots use gravity; squeeze bottles use hand pressure. Powered collection is another format, without established superiority here. Never force a rinse through a blocked nose.

Every mixed rinse needs safe water.
Use distilled or sterile water, or water boiled and cooled according to the device instructions. Use the labeled packet volume; clean and dry the device. Never untreated tap water or improvised essential-oil mixtures. CDC rinse safety ↗
