Your data and your choices

The public explorer uses temporary selections. The optional tracker saves a health journal after sign-in and consent.

Public exploration

Explorer symptoms, safety answers and product matching remain in browser memory. They are not submitted to the tracker, put in URLs or written to browser storage. Clear answers, refresh or close the page to remove them. Visiting the public pages does not require a tracker account.

What a saved journal contains

If you sign in with ChatGPT and enable the tracker, this site stores the dates, symptom ratings, treatment names, exposures, sleep, concerns and notes you choose to save. Records include a site-specific account identifier, consent version and creation/update times. Only a date and overall rating are required; other fields can stay unknown. Avoid unnecessary identifying details in notes.

The hosting platform provides your signed-in account identity. Your name or email is used to display which account is open; this app does not copy it into the journal database. Every journal read, update and deletion is limited on the server to the authenticated account. Other visitors cannot access your records through the tracker.

Purpose and processing

The journal is stored to let you revisit experiences, draw descriptive charts and export or delete your history. It is processed by the site operator and hosting providers using the Sites platform and its database infrastructure. It is not end-to-end encrypted from the operator and is not a clinician-monitored medical record.

No advertising pixels, session replay, symptom analytics or merchant scripts are implemented. Journal entries are not sent to merchants, used to personalize affiliate offers or sold by this app. External sites have their own privacy practices when you choose to visit a research, manufacturer or shopping link. Outgoing product links suppress the referrer and contain no journal values or account identifiers.

Export, deletion and withdrawal

Use Export spreadsheet or Export complete data in the tracker to download your saved history. Exports contain health information; choose carefully where you store or share them.

Delete an individual day while editing it, or use Delete tracker to remove all your entries and the consent record from active app storage. Deleting the tracker also withdraws consent for future storage; you would need to agree again to save new entries. Export and deletion remain available if a future privacy notice requires renewed consent.

Entries remain in active storage until you delete them. Deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure from hosting backups or security logs, whose retention is controlled separately by the providers. The app does not currently provide an operator contact channel for additional privacy requests.

Temporary entries and platform records

Unsaved drafts and the explicitly labeled interactive example live only in page memory. Example data is fictional and is never saved to an account. Sign out on shared devices; downloaded exports remain wherever you saved them.

Hosting and authentication services may retain access and security logs under their own practices. The tracker sends saved health information to its server, unlike the public explorer. No HIPAA, state-law or other regulatory compliance certification is claimed; review of the service and its providers remains pending.
