Nasal products and ingredients

Start with a question. Then compare the formula, the delivery and the evidence behind it.

Should I go hypertonic?

Not automatically. A saltier solution may help some congestion, but it also stings more. Plain saline is a useful reference when comfort or dryness matters.

Rinse studies do not establish the same advantage for a brief spray. More salt is not the answer to persistent burning or bleeding.
